Signing Up Using Bitbucket
Quick guide on authenticating to Reshift using Bitbucket and a description for the permissions required.
This article focuses on signing up to Reshift using Bitbucket and the permissions required and what Reshift gains access to.
Next, you will be redirected to Bitbucket login screen. Provide your credentials and click on "Log in"

Once you are signed in, you will be presented with the permissions page. Reshift requests the following permissions:
- Read-Only access to account information: Reshift needs this information to perform core functionality such as sending notifications upon issue identification
- Read-Only access to repositories issues: this is only needed to display code relevant to the issues found (Reshift does not store any source code).
- Read-Only access to team's projects settings and repositories: this is only needed to display code relevant to the issues found (Reshift does not store any source code).
- Read-Only access to your team membership information: this is needed to retrieve information related to the organization such as the organizational repositories and teams.
Click on "Grant Access" to continue. This will take you to the rest of the onboarding process.
